Answers to the most common questions
What metals do you offer?
We currently offer .925 sterling silver, 14k yellow gold, and both white bronze and yellow brass. If you have a specific metal in mind that we don't currently offer, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do any of your metals contain nickel?
Our white bronze contains nickel. All of our other metals do not.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As each order is custom made-to-order, production time varies with average pieces shipping within 7 business days, with shipping times depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information once your package has shipped.
Can I preview the design before ordering?
Yes. You can adjust and preview the 3D model in the studio before adding it to your cart.
What if my photo isn't perfect?
We recommend clear, well-lit images. If we see issues, we'll reach out with suggestions before production.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on a case by case basis for items that do not meet your expectations. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your pendant and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Do you offer design services?
We do not formally offer design services, but we are happy to help you create a custom design for your Momenza pendant. Please contact us and we will work with you to create a custom design that makes you happy :).
Do I need to own the rights to the photo that I submit?
You may not submit content that includes, without explicit authorization:
- Trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers
- Copyrighted characters or media (e.g., movies, anime, games)
- Celebrity likenesses or public figures
- Professional photography you did not create or license
- Images sourced from the internet, social media, or stock libraries without permission
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that includes prohibited or questionable content.

Custom orders. Every pendant is made especially for you from the photo and options you submit. Please review your selections carefully before checkout.
Your photos. You confirm that you have the rights and permission to use the image you upload. We may decline images that are unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
Production & shipping. Because each keepsake is custom made to order, production and shipping times may vary. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. We’ll send tracking information once your order ships.
Questions. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us promptly and we’ll work with you to make it right.
