A familiar face. A favorite place. A moment you want to keep close. The Momenza Classic transforms your photograph into a sculptural metal pendant, bringing the image into raised 3D relief.

Each piece is made to order in New York City, in your choice of solid metal. Preview your design in 3D before ordering, and add an optional engraving to make it even more personal.

Answers to the most common questions

What metals do you offer?

We currently offer .925 sterling silver, 14k yellow gold, and both white brass and yellow brass. If you have a specific metal in mind that we don't currently offer, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do any of your metals contain nickel?

Our white brass contains nickel. All of our other metals do not.

How long will it take to receive my order?

As each order is custom made-to-order, production time varies with average pieces shipping within 10 business days, with shipping times depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information once your package has shipped.

Can I preview the design before ordering?

Yes. You can adjust and preview the 3D model in the studio before adding it to your cart.

What if my photo isn’t perfect?

We recommend clear, well-lit images. If we see issues, we'll reach out with suggestions before production.

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, dissatisfaction with a customer-selected photo, or expected handmade variations. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved design or product specifications, email hello@momenza.io within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review the claim and, as appropriate, offer a repair, remake, replacement, or refund. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Do you offer design services?

We do not formally offer design services, but we are happy to help you create a custom design for your Momenza pendant. Please contact us and we will work with you to create a custom design that makes you happy :).

Do I need to own the rights to the photo that I submit?

You may not submit content that includes, without explicit authorization:

  • Trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers
  • Copyrighted characters or media (e.g., movies, anime, games)
  • Celebrity likenesses or public figures
  • Professional photography you did not create or license
  • Images sourced from the internet, social media, or stock libraries without permission

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that includes prohibited or questionable content.
