Your submitted content is processed to create your preview and personalized product and to provide related support. Where necessary, this may involve our hosting, processing, and production providers.

We reserve the right to use artificial intelligence and other automated tools to assist in designing and producing your piece, including processing images, generating or refining three-dimensional models, and preparing production files. This may involve processing your submitted content through third-party technology providers.

We do not use your uploaded photos, engraving text, or resulting design files to train AI models, and we do not authorize our service providers to use that content for AI model training.

We will not publish your photos or personalized designs, or use them in advertising or other promotional materials, without your consent.

Please upload only content you are authorized to provide, including appropriate permission from other people pictured.

How We Share Information

We share information as needed with providers that help operate our business, including:

• Shopify and payment providers, to support checkout and order processing.
• Hosting and technology providers, including AI service providers, to store information, operate our customization tools, and assist in designing and producing your piece.
• Production and fulfillment partners, to manufacture, package, and deliver your order.
• Analytics and advertising partners, to understand website activity and measure or deliver advertising.
• Professional advisers and authorities, when necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or protect rights and safety.

Custom Orders

Every piece is made especially for you using the photo, personalization details, and options you submit. Please review your image, engraving text, product selections, and shipping information carefully before checkout.

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Your Photos and Content

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary for us to use the photos, text, and other content you submit to create your personalized piece, including appropriate permission from other people pictured.

You retain any ownership rights you hold in your submitted content. By submitting it, you give Momenza and the providers assisting us permission to process, store, reproduce, and adapt that content as necessary to create previews, design and produce your piece, fulfill your order, and provide related support, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

We may decline content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or is otherwise inappropriate. If we decline an order after payment and cannot fulfill it, we will refund the canceled order.

AI-Assisted Design and Production

We reserve the right to use artificial intelligence and other automated tools to assist in designing and producing your piece. This may include processing images, generating or refining three-dimensional models, and preparing production files, including through third-party technology providers.

We do not use your uploaded photos, engraving text, or resulting design files to train AI models, and we do not authorize our service providers to use that content for AI model training.

Permission to Publish

We will not publish your photos or personalized designs, or use them in advertising or other promotional materials, without your separate consent. Placing an order does not grant that consent.

Previews and Finished Pieces

Digital previews illustrate how your personalized piece may look. Translating a photograph into a physical relief involves interpretation, and some details may be simplified or adjusted for production.

The finished piece may vary from the on-screen preview in appearance, detail, color, and finish due to the selected material, manufacturing process, lighting, and screen settings. These variations do not affect your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Production and Shipping

Each piece is custom made to order. Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate, and offer cancellation and a refund where required by applicable law. We will obtain your agreement to a delay when required.

We will send tracking information once your order ships.

Order Questions and Problems

If your piece arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you have another concern about your order, please contact hello@momenza.io promptly with your order number and, where helpful, photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it.

Nothing in these terms limits any cancellation, refund, replacement, or other consumer rights available under applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and share personal information, including uploaded photos and generated design files. Please review it for details about our practices and your privacy choices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the revised version with an updated date. Updated terms apply to use of the website and orders placed after they take effect. Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, an existing order remains subject to the terms in effect when it was placed.

Changes to these terms do not, by themselves, authorize publication of your content or its use for AI model training.
